Great location in a good area, close to the grand bazaar, easy to reach from the bus terminal or the train station. The breakfast is impressive, with a vast variety of Turkish food. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities are quite good, and the cleanliness is exceptional.
For me, it was ideal.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. its ideal location in the heart of the city made it incredibly convenient for exploring Bursa's attractions. Being just in front of Ulu Cami, we had the pleasure of waking up to a stunning view of the mosque every morning from our room. The staff truly made our stay memorable, with their helpful and friendly nature. We would especially like to extend our gratitude to Birol Baytan, whose assistance in arranging our trip to Uludag was invaluable. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. We also appreciated the attention to detail in this hotel, from the clean and well-maintained rooms to the delightful breakfast with accompanying music. This hotel truly made us feel like a part of their family.
Nothing to improve; everything was fantastic.

Location excellent but on a busy main road, very central to what we required.
Very little English spoken by staff which makes it difficult to get info on places you want to go to.Hotel on the busiest main road in Bursa so parking could be quite difficult,We were fortunate to find a car park up the side of the hotel about 100 yards off the main road where the owner was very accomodating.Hotel very nice but bathrooms could do with an update.

The hotel is ideally located near all of the historical sites, close to the shopping area, and has easy access to the teleferic station that takes you up to Mount Uludag. the rooms are clean and comfortable, some with nice views. Breakfast is satisfactory, including various options. the hotel facilities include an on-site restaurant and bar, and a helpful front desk service.
The staff communication could be improved, making it difficult to get certain requests across.

Staying at this Hotel was a night mare. That was the worest hotel I have ever stayed in all my life. Weak Internet connection, dirty room, the service is very poor, the breakfast is expired, the ac is broken, the Phone is not working, the Lift is broken and the more than that '' no body speaks english there''

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from the iconic Ulu Cami Mosque and the bustling covered bazaar. It offers a prime spot for exploring the city and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, the breathtaking view of the sunrises from the balcony in some rooms adds to the charm of this place.
All was well during my stay at this hotel.
